To bring you an even better digital banking experience, your internet and mobile banking log on page is being given a refreshed look.

Here’s what you need to know:

When will this happen?

Existing internet banking customers will be introduced to the new log on page by phases over the coming months. You will receive an email notification when it’s your turn.

What’s the most important change?

When you log on, you will be asked to enter a “Memorable Answer” after entering your username. Just use the password that you normally use to access your internet and mobile banking.

There will be on-screen instructions to help you.

You can log on to internet and mobile banking with your existing password until you choose to create your own memorable question and answer.

How to choose a memorable question?

To change your password to memorable answer, log on to internet banking and follow the on-screen instructions. If you own a Security Device, please have it ready.
