HSBC is committed to protecting your personal data and making our services easier to use at all times. That’s why we are offering several new features to make eStatement and eAdvice more secure.

Hiding your mailing address
By default your mailing address will not be shown when you view your eStatement and eAdvice on old Personal Internet Banking. To further protect your personal data, your mailing address will only be shown if you re-authenticate using your Security Device.

SMS and email reminders
You will also receive either an SMS or email when an eStatement or eAdvice that shows your mailing address is viewed in Personal Internet Banking. To do this, go to Personal Internet Banking and make sure your email address and mobile phone number are up to date.

Don’t have a Security Device?
It’s easy to apply for one. Log onto Personal Internet Banking, select the “Services Request” menu and place your order. Your Security Device will be mailed to you within three working days (postal lead-time is not included).
