滙豐digital banking 限時優惠推廣條款及細則
  1. 此限時優惠(「優惠」)只適用於持有任何香港特別行政區(「香港」)的香港上海滙豐銀行有限公司(及其繼承人及受讓人)(「滙豐」或「本行」)戶口(「合資格戶口」)的個人或第一戶口持有人(「客戶」),及為首50,000名符合以下條件的客戶(「合資格客戶」):
    1. 為非美國公民、非美國居民、非美國納稅人;及
    2. 於2017年2月28日年滿18歲或以上;及
    3. 於本行持有有效香港通訊地址;及
    4. 於2017年3月3日至2017年5月31日(包括首尾兩天)(「登記期」),成功透過推廣網頁(www.hsbc.com.hk/digitalbanking) 填妥及成功遞交滙豐digital banking 推廣活動(「推廣活動」)的登記表格(「登記表格」) 一次(「登記客戶」)﹔及
    5. 於2017年5月25日,在滙豐網上理財透過合資格戶口成功完成風險取向問卷(「特選交易」)﹔及
    6. 於獲取本推廣活動的所有優惠時,仍然使用滙豐網上理財及電子結單及電子通知書服務。
  2. 合資格客戶可享一張咖啡券(「禮券」)價值港幣25元。即使合資格客戶在2017年5月25日完成多於一項特選交易,最多只可獲享港幣25元禮券一張。
  3. 若屬聯名戶口,則只有第一戶口持有人可獲享優惠。
  4. 合資格客戶若於獲得相關優惠之前取消其已選用的指定理財交易、服務或其相關合資格戶口,則會被取消獲取優惠的資格。
  5. 所有交易當日的結餘金額或交易總數均以本行於結算該筆交易的日期及金額的紀錄為準。
  6. 成功遞交表格後,登記客戶將獲發1個參考編號,登記客戶須保留該參考編號以作日後查詢。
  7. 登記客戶須確保於整個或相關(如適用)登記期及獲取有關優惠時,於本行的個人資料紀錄正確及有效,登記客戶方可獲取優惠。
  8. 如因任何電訊網絡的通訊或技術問題、故障、意外或其它原因,致使參加者未能連接至表格,本行概不負責。遞交表格日期以本行紀錄為準,並由本行作最終決定。
  9. 參加者同意所有關於參加本推廣活動的責任及風險須由參加者承擔及負責﹔本行將不會承擔任何因參加者登記本推廣活動或所引致的任何傷害、損失、申索、訴訟及其他的法律責任。
  10. 透過表格收集的資料只會用於本推廣活動,並或會用以 (i) 核實客戶身份; (ii) 核實客戶本推廣的參加資格﹔及 (iii) 聯絡獲取優惠的合資格客戶。本行亦只會保留相關資料一年。
  11. 所有個人資料會根據本行的私隱與保安守則(https://www.hsbc.com.hk/1/2/chinese/privacy-security)處理。客戶所提供的個人資料(於滙豐網上理財提供的電郵地址及手提電話號碼除外),不會用作更新本行之紀錄。
  12. 本行保留最後權利決定客戶是否合資格獲得優惠。如本行於推廣期內或其後發現任何登記客戶虛報資料或不遵守本條款及細則,本行有權取消其參加本推廣的資格及所獲得的優惠。
  13. 如本行有理由相信任何客戶使用或教唆他人使用不正當或欺詐方法干擾本推廣活動的運作,造成本推廣活動任何部份受到干擾、技術難題或故障,或任何危害、破壞或影響本推廣的舉辦、誠信、公平或順利進行或任何後端應用程式偵察到不正常傳送,本行有權終止該客戶的參加與本推廣活動的資格,並保留向讓客戶追究的權利。
  14. 禮券將於2017年8月31日或之前以郵遞形式寄往合資格客戶於獲取本推廣活動的優惠時登記於本行的本地通信地址。
  15. 如合資格客戶遺失或損毀禮券,包括於郵寄途中遺失,本行將不會補發予客戶。
  16. 禮券送完即止。若禮券送罄後,本行有權以任何其他禮品替代而毋須另行通知。
  17. 本推廣活動優惠下的禮券(或其他替代禮品)不可兌換現金。
  18. 使用禮券(或其他替代禮品)或會受供應商的條款及細則約束。本行對於禮券(或其他替代禮品)供應商所提供的食物、飲品、產品及/ 或服務質素概不承擔任何責任。
  19. 除有關客戶及本行以外,並無其他人士有權按《合約(第三者權利)條例》強制執行本條款及細則的任何條文,或享有本條款及細則的任何條文下的利益。
  20. 如有任何有關本推廣活動及/或優惠的爭議,本行保留一切最終決定權,並具約束力。
  21. 本行隨時保留更改此條款及細則和本推廣活動及/或優惠的權利,並擁有取消或終止優惠的最終決定權而毋須事前通知。本行對於任何更改、取消及終止概不承擔任何責任。
  22. 所有於本宣傳品及相關推廣及/或優惠資料的註腳項目亦屬於條款及細則的一部分。如註腳項目與本推廣活動條款及細則之間有差異,下文載列的條款及細則應適用。
  23. 本推廣活動及優惠受法律及監管條例約束。
  24. 本推廣活動及優惠只於香港特別行政區舉行。本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律所管轄,所有參加者須遵守香港特別行政區司法機構的裁判。
  25. 本條款及細則的中英文版本如有歧義或不一致,概以英文版本為準。

HSBC digital banking Limited Time Offer Promotional Terms and Conditions
  1. This limited time offer (the “Offer”) is only applicable to the sole or principal accountholders of any accounts maintained with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) (and its successors and assigns) (“HSBC” or the “Bank”) (the “Applicable Accounts”) (the “Customers”) and the first 50,000 Customers who fulfill the following requirements (the “Eligible Customers”):
    1. not a citizen/resident/tax payer resident of the United States of America; AND
    2. be aged 18 or above on 28 February 2017; AND
    3. have a valid Hong Kong correspondence address under the Bank’s record; AND
    4. successfully complete and submit the registration form (the “Registration Form”) of HSBC digital banking promotion (the “Programme”) once at the Promotional Site (www.hsbc.com.hk/digitalbanking) between 3 March 2017 and 31 May 2017 (both dates inclusive) (the “Registration Period”) (the “Registered Customers”); AND
    5. successfully complete the Risk Profiling Questionnaire through an Applicable Account via HSBC Internet Banking on 25 May 2017 (the “Selected Transaction(s)”); AND
    6. maintain HSBC Internet Banking and eStatement and eAdvice Service at the time of offer fulfilment.
  2. Eligible Customers who fulfill the requirements as stipulated above will be entitled to receive a coffee coupon (the “Coupon”) valued at HKD25 and each Eligible Customer can only receive the HKD25 Coupon once irrespective of the number of the Selected Transactions conducted on 25 May 2017.
  3. For a joint account, only the principal accountholder is eligible for the Offer.
  4. Eligible Customers who cancel the designated product(s)/service(s) or terminate their Applicable Accounts through which the designated transaction(s) was/were conducted at the time of offer fulfilment will be disqualified for the Offer.
  5. The dates and amounts appearing in the Bank’s record will be conclusive as to the date on which the amount of balance or number of transactions carried out.
  6. A reference number will be provided once the Registration Form is submitted successfully. Please keep the reference number for future enquiries.
  7. A Registered Customer’s personal information under the Bank’s record must be updated and valid during the whole or the relevant part (as the case may be) of the Registration Period and at the time of offer fulfilment in order for the Registered Customer to be entitled to the Offer.
  8. The Bank will not be liable to any Customer who fails to submit his/her personal information for the Programme including but not limited to as a result of any technical problems or other reasons rendering unsuccessful connection to the Registration Form. The date appearing in the Bank’s record will be final and conclusive as to the date on which the submission was carried out.
  9. Each Customer agrees that he/she shall enter the Offer at his/her own risk and shall be responsible for all risks of participating in the Programme. The Bank shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs or proceedings incurred or suffered by the Customers as a result of their participation.
  10. The Customer’s personal data collected via the Registration Form will only be used for the Programme. The data may be used by the Bank: (i) to verify the identity of Customer; and (ii) to verify the Customer’s eligibility for the Offer; and (iii) to contact the Customer when he/she is entitled to receive the Offer. The Bank will only retain the collected data for one year.
  11. All personal data collected by the Bank will be handled in accordance with the Bank’s privacy policy (http://www.hsbc.com.hk/1/2/privacy-security). The personal data collected (except email address and mobile phone number provided by Customers via HSBC Internet Banking will not be used to update the Bank’s record.
  12. The Bank has the sole and absolute discretion in determining a Customer’s eligibility to receive the Offer. If the Bank discovers at any time, whether after or during the Registration Period, that any Registered Customer has submitted false or misleading information or failed to comply with these terms and conditions, the Bank is entitled to disqualify the Registered Customer from participating in the Programme and is entitled to forfeit his/her entitlement to receiving the Offer.
  13. If the Bank reasonably believes that any Customer has been using or abetting others to use inappropriate method or committing fraud to interrupt operation and interfere any part of the Offer, causing technical problems, disorders, jeopardizing, damaging or affecting running of the Offer, its accuracy, fairness or smooth operation or the Bank detects any invalid or incomplete data entry at the back-end or front-end, the Bank reserves all right to disqualify the Customer from participating in the Programme and claim for any damage and loss arising from or in connection with any of the above suffered by the Bank from such Customer.
  14. The Coupon will be mailed on or before 31 August 2017 to an Eligible Customer’s local correspondence address based on the Bank’s record at the time of offer fulfilment.
  15. The Coupon is not replaceable in the event of any loss or damage, including without limitation in any loss in transit after being mailed out by the Bank.
  16. The Coupons are available while stocks last. The Bank reserves the right to replace the Coupons with any alternative gifts without prior notice.
  17. The Coupons (or any alternative gifts) offered under this promotion cannot be converted to cash.
  18. Use of the Coupons (or any alternative gifts) may be subject to the suppliers’ terms and conditions applicable thereto. The Bank is not responsible for and shall have no liability in respect of the quality of products and services provided by the suppliers of the Coupons (or any alternative gifts) in this promotion.
  19. No person other than the Eligible Customer and the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
  20. In the event of any dispute arising from the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  21. The Bank reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and the Offer may be withdrawn or terminated by the Bank at its discretion without prior notice. The Bank accepts no liability for any such change, withdrawal and termination.
  22. All remarks and footnotes stated in this document and other relevant promotional materials are intended to serve, and do serve, as part of the Offer and/or the terms and conditions of the Offer. If there is any conflict between the information contained in the remarks and footnotes and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.
  23. The Offer is provided subject to the prevailing regulatory requirements.
  24. The Offer is held within Hong Kong. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  25. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
