Beware of scam calls
The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (‘MPFA’) reminds MPF scheme members to be vigilant against unsolicited calls, text messages or social media posts from suspected crime syndicates that offer to help make early withdrawal of MPF accrued benefits. Members should also be aware of phone calls from persons who claim to be calling from the MPFA or eMPF Platform Company, inviting them for a meeting to introduce MPF products or documents and requesting them to provide their personal information
